Both a security deposit and a pet deposit are a one time fee. There are no monthly fees associated with either. They are both eligible for partial refunds (Up to 80% for security and up to 60% for pet), depending on inspection results.
How long do you lease for?
We typically sign 12-month leases, with potential to renew. With that being said, we try to work the best we can with the needs of our tenants.

What is the application process? When will we know we are accepted?
Application is located under the rentals tab and is specific to the property. No fee associated. We start reviewing in the order that is received and we follow the qualifications above. We pride ourselves on being consistent yet understanding of our tenants. Due to the back and forth nature of receiving documents and references, applications can take anywhere from a couple days to a week.
Who pays utilities?
This is dependent of the property, but more times than not, utilities will be in the tenants name. Each city also has different companies set up. Reach out to us about the specifics of the property you are looking at.
How many people can live in the property?
This is completely dependent on the property. As a company, we have a rule of no more than 2 people per room plus 1. Each city also has specific rules on the number of unrelated cohabitants. For example, Logan has a rule of no more than 3 unrelated occupants. North Logan is no more than 4 unrelated. Reach out to us for the rule of the city you are looking to rent in.
